About the RoleWe’re looking for a well-rounded SEO Manager with strengths in both technical SEO and content strategy to lead organic growth initiatives across a diverse portfolio of clients. You'll play a central role in driving visibility, rankings, and traffic through smart, data-led SEO strategies. This is a fully remote position, ideal for someone confident in independently managing multiple campaigns and communicating with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies combining technical best practices and content optimization

Conduct regular technical audits and implement on-site improvements (e.g., site speed, crawlability, schema, indexing)

Oversee content audits, keyword research, content briefs, and on-page optimization

Collaborate with content writers and developers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated from planning to execution

Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog

Deliver clear, insightful reporting and recommendations to clients and internal teams

Stay current with algorithm changes and industry trends to inform strategy
What We're Looking For:

3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, agency or in-house

Proven success driving organic growth for B2C or e-commerce websites

Strong knowledge of technical SEO fundamentals (HTML, structured data, Core Web Vitals, etc.)

Experience with content-led SEO strategies and tools

Confident using a wide range of SEO tools and analytics platforms

Strong communication and project management skills

Basic understanding of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) is a plus
