Territory Sales Manager - Construction Materials

Location:UK-wide (Hybrid or Remote)

Salary:£42,000-£55,000 base + OTE up to £85,600 + Car Allowance + Benefits

Representing a leading construction materials supplier, we're seeking a Territory Sales Manager to expand regional sales. Experience in construction sales and knowledge of building materials are required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction sector.

  • Manage and grow existing client accounts.

  • Provide technical advice and support to clients.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in construction materials or related industries.

  • Strong understanding of construction processes and materials.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
