**Trade Marketing/Activation Manager - Global Beauty Company - London (flexible working)**
We are currently recruiting for a global beauty company which is known for its range of products and sold all around the world. As a company they sell to a range of accounts in grocery, retail, high street, ecommerce and internationally. This is an exciting role where they are looking for someone who is commercial, data driven with a creative eye to work with one of their largest customers.
Responsibilities:
- Drive our vision to deliver market leading growth in bricks and mortar; working closely in collaboration with the visual merchandising and commercial sales team
- Responsible for in-store permanent fixtures and temporary executions
- Build vendor relationships ensuring on-time, quality and value
- Translate category trading team sku assortment into, shelf load up’s, storytelling and design requirements
- Implement educational POS with key claims & imagery
- Agency management
- Using data to drive sales
Candidate:
- Previous experience within the beauty or personal care industry would be beneficial
- Experience within buying, trade marketing or a similarly commercial role
- Experience managing multiple SKU’s
- Ability to work in at an extremely fast pace, with multiple projects and priorities
- First class Microsoft Excel Skills
- Driven, self-starter with a proactive approach to problem solving and creative solutions
- Excellent time and project management
- Strong communicator, with the ability to coordinate across different teams
Package:
- Basic salary up to £50,000
- Bonus 10%
