About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional and dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join a prestigious family of companies based in stunning offices in Mayfair. This is a unique, high-impact opportunity to lead and strategically oversee a diverse portfolio of businesses, spanning property development, finance, legal services, AI, hospitality (restaurants, beverages, hotels), and care homes.

As COO, you will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for driving operational excellence across all companies, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring brand integrity and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Lead the operational execution of the group’s strategy across multiple sectors, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and sustainable growth.
Business Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day operations of all entities, ensuring each company meets its performance, quality, and compliance goals.
People Management: Lead, inspire, and manage cross-functional teams; foster a collaborative, accountable, and motivated working environment.
Brand Stewardship: Maintain and elevate strong brand identity and reputation across all businesses, ensuring brand values are consistently upheld.
Commercial Growth: Identify and drive new opportunities for revenue, innovation, and market expansion across sectors.
Performance Monitoring: Implement and maintain effective systems for operational performance tracking and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Management: Liaise with board members, department heads, external partners, and investors to ensure seamless operations and communication.

Requirements

Proven experience in a COO or senior operations leadership role, ideally across multi-sector organisations.
Strong commercial acumen with additional experience in finance, legal, and/or hospitality industries highly desirable.
Exceptional leadership and team-building skills; comfortable leading large, multi-disciplinary teams.
Impeccable organisational and decision-making capabilities.
Highly driven, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment.
Strong understanding of brand strategy and how to align operational delivery with brand values.
Based in or willing to work full-time from Mayfair; this is a 100% office-based position.
