Are you a nurturing, enthusiastic, and qualified Level 3 Nursery Assistant looking to join a friendly and supportive early years setting? We are currently seeking a passionate practitioner to join a well-established nursery in Westminster, dedicated to providing a warm, stimulating, and safe environment for children to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the learning and development of children aged 0-5 in line with the EYFS framework

  • Assist in planning and delivering engaging and age-appropriate activities

  • Create a caring and inclusive environment where children feel safe and supported

  • Monitor and record children's progress, ensuring individual needs are met

  • Build strong, professional relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised learning space

Requirements:
  • Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent)

  • Recent experience working in a nursery or early years setting

  • Strong understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • A genuine passion for working with young children

  • Valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
