Are you a caring and reliable individual looking to support young people in a vibrant secondary school environment? We are seeking a dedicated Lunchtime Supervisor to join our team at a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Catford.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise students during lunch breaks to ensure a safe, orderly, and positive environment.

  • Assist with setting up and clearing away dining areas as required.

  • Support students with personal care needs sensitively and respectfully, following the school's safeguarding and dignity policies.

  • Promote positive behaviour and good social interaction among students.

  • Liaise with teaching and support staff as needed to ensure consistent care and support.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Previous experience working with children or young people, ideally in a school or care setting.

  • Experience providing personal care (this is essential for the role).
