Contract: Temp to Perm

Rate : £20 – £21 per hour

Location: South West London

Working Hours per Week: 42.5 hours

Start Date: ASAP

My client is currently looking for Damp & Mould Operatives to work in social housing properties. We are looking to recruit a number of Damp & Mould Operatives on their behalf to interview and start immediately.

Day to day work will consist of going into occupied social housing properties and will be general damp & mould reactive maintenance and repairs being sent by a PDA. Being able to work alone or as a part of a team is essential as well. You will be supplied with a company van to get to and from properties as well as a fuel card.

The ideal D&M Operative will have the following:

• Full UK Driver’s License
• Social Housing Experience
