One of our key clients, a high-profile global engineering firm, is currently seeking a versatile & experienced Associate Civil Engineer to join their London team on a full-time permanent basis.
You will be expected to help run the highly successful civils team and assist with the management of engineers on a number of projects, ensuring the team undertake detailed design to the required standards, deliver projects on time and profitably, manage graduates and technicians and take into full consideration standards & programme deadlines.
Candidates are required to have experience at this level in their current role, working on infrastructure, Master-planning and transport related projects.
As an experienced Associate Civil Engineer, you will have at least five years' in Infrastructure design, along with a sound understanding of Civil Engineering principles as well as the ability to lead a team.
Ideally, you will also a good working knowledge of Section 278, 38 and 104 adoption procedures in a residential and commercial environment. Chartership is not absolutely necessary at this stage, although it is expected that the successful Civil Engineer would be looking to achieve this in the next couple of years.

Requirements of the Associate Civil Engineer:
* Minimum five years' experience in highways, external works and drainage design
* Knowledge of Microdrainage (WinDes) and AutoCAD and other relevant Civil Engineering design software such as PDS and/or Civil 3D
* Experience in the preparation drawings and paperwork on Section 38, 278 & 104 adoption procedures would be highly essential for this role
