A major civil engineering contractor based in London is now seeking a Technical Bid Writer to join the work winning team, within Civil Engineering. The position will be to lead the development and production of winning PQQ and tender submissions.
Key duties include:
A good construction understanding in either main contracting or civils is essential
Produce unique responses to to PQQ's and tenders including references, case studies and project experience
Support the overall bid team in the production of PQQ's and tender responses and associated items
Ensure compliance with company processes and procedures to manage submissions and bid related information
Ensure all tender documentation is of a uniformly high standard and coordinating / supporting the production of final documents
Create the final document and ensure the bid is delivered to the client on time
Maintain a database of submissions for future review and scrutiny
Identify and rework existing pre written content where appropriate
Work to demanding and changeable deadlines in a highly pressurised environment
