Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Electrical Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing or delivering electrical installations for CAT A and CAT B office fit-outs in London, with a proven track record of successful project delivery from start to finish. As part of a close-knit team, you will be instrumental in ensuring projects run smoothly, on time, and within budget

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead and oversee electrical installations for office fit-out projects, including both CAT A and CAT B works. Manage all aspects of project delivery, ensuring timely completion and compliance with project specifications.

  • Client Liaison: Work closely with clients, architects, and contractors to understand their needs and provide effective electrical solutions that meet project requirements.

  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate electrical teams on-site, ensuring safe working practices and high standards of workmanship.

  • Budget & Cost Control: Maintain control over project budgets, including procurement, sub-contractor management, and cost tracking, ensuring projects are delivered within budget.

  • Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices on all sites. Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all electrical installations meet industry standards and client expectations, carrying out regular quality checks throughout the project lifecycle.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in managing electrical projects for office fit-outs (CAT A & B).

  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and installations, with a focus on commercial office environments.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring high performance and safety standards.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.

  • A proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.

  • A valid electrical qualification (e.g., City & Guilds, 18th Edition, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
