Electrical Project Manager
Our client is a specialist M&E contractor delivering electrical works within critical environments. They are currently seeking a hands-on Electrical Project Manager to oversee electrical installations in the City of London.
The role will require close collaboration with numerous stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. The candidate will be a key contributor from conception, through the design stages, managing the delivery and ensuring that each project is successfully handed over and closed out in a professional manner to the highest of standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day hands-on management of electrical works on site.
- Supervising and coordinating electrical subcontractors and direct labour.
- Ensuring works are delivered safely within live, critical environments.
- Maintaining strict adherence to health & safety, method statements, and permits.
- Managing quality control, inspections, testing, and snagging.
- Coordinating works around live operations and restricted access areas.
- Liaising closely with Project Managers, clients, and site teams.
- Reporting progress, issues, and risks from site.
The Ideal Electrical Project Manager Will Have:
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems.
- Experience delivering projects or packages up to 750k.
- Comfortable in a hands-on, site-based role.
- Strong understanding of health & safety within regulated building and construction environments.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- DBS check (or willingness to get one).
- Flexibility to travel as required.

- Location: City of London
- Salary: 60,000 - 70,000 + travel allowance (DOE)
