My client a strong and growing M&E contractor are seeking a strong projectmanager for a new build scheme consisting of multiple RC frame apartments.
The successful candidate will report into a visiting contracts manager and work closely with the mechanical PM on site and oversee the programme across all blocks. You will be able to motivate and manage a team of 3 site managers and be able to drive sub-contractors to ensure they have the correct labour levels and materials on site to prevent any hold ups. You will be able to be client facing and build strong working relationships.
This position will require someone from an Electrical trade background and who has 5 years experience as a PM on similar projects on high rise new build schemes.
This is a fast paced project that requires A HIGHLY ORGANISED AND IT LITERATE PM.
SMSTS, First aid and CSCS/ ECS all required.
