Electrical Project Manager Opportunity - Decarbonisation - Reputable M&E Contractor

MK Search are closely working with a leading M&E Contractor's renewable division who due to winning an influx of work, are looking to engage with an experienced Electrical Project Manager for a major decarbonisation project in Hackney.

You will be the lead Electrical Project Manager for the scheme and will be responsible for running the upgrades of existing systems, installing new air source heat pumps and other alternative energy products while coordinating with the client, the site teams and the company in questions existing talented staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Fully site based, going to office when necessary.
  • Managing project budgets, scheduling, supervising electrical staff and contractors
  • Ensuring compliance with all aspects of Health and Safety.
  • Managing all aspects of the electrical install.
  • Working alongside the Mechanical PM to ensure all installations is completed to a high standard in line with clients expectations.
  • Experience with decarbonisation systems and install is required.

You will be joining a growing yet well established M&E contractor in their growing renewables division, my client will look at paying either PAYE or self employed (LTD or CIS).
