Overview
We are working with a well-established M&E contractor seeking an experienced Electrical Projects Manager to oversee delivery across a varied portfolio of projects. The business operates across commercial, healthcare, education and high-end residential sectors and is known for quality delivery and long-standing client relationships.
This role offers a balance of site presence and hybrid working, giving you flexibility while maintaining strong control over project performance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple electrical projects from pre-construction through to completion
Oversee Electrical Project Managers, supervisors and site teams
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget
Review designs, technical submissions and installation standards
Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants and subcontractors
Monitor commercial performance including forecasting, variations and reporting
Attend project meetings and provide leadership across delivery teams
Support procurement and supply chain management
Requirements
Proven experience managing electrical projects for an M&E or electrical contractor
Background delivering projects in commercial, healthcare, education or high-end residential sectors
Strong technical knowledge of electrical building services
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Good commercial awareness and reporting skills
Strong communication and leadership capability
