The Geotechnical Engineer selected will be:

  • Working with the ground investigation team on a range of contaminated land and geotechnical projects.
  • Carrying out Desktop studies.
  • Borehole logging, trial pitting, soil sampling, groundwater and gas monitoring.
  • Mentoring junior members of the team.
  • Factual and interpretive report writing.

To be considered for the Geotechnical Engineer position you should therefore have experience in the ground investigation industry, have a strong understanding of soil mechanics and a degree in Geology, Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering (with a geotechnical focus) or similar (MSc preferred). You must also have a full and clean UK Driving Licence, live in or near to London and have a full right to work in the UK.
