Are you a Development Control Engineer looking for a new challenge?
Our client is an ambitious local authority who are seeking a Development Control Engineer with experience in commenting on and reviewing planning applications to join them on a contract basis, initially for 3 months.
聽
Your key responsibilities:
聽
路Provide pre-planning advice to developers and consultants, assess planning applications and negotiate with developers to secure planning obligations
路Contribute to the preparation and submission of documents for appeals and public inquiries
路Prepare reports on the impact of planning proposals on the highway and public realm for presenting to the Planning Department and Planning Committee
路Attendance at meetings and formal hearings as required.

路As the successful candidate, you will have experience of working in a local authority.
