Are you a driven Mechanical Project Engineer with strong subcontractor management experience? Join a leading Tier 1 contractor delivering one of London’s most prestigious wastewater infrastructure projects.

This role offers the chance to work on a technically challenging scheme that’s shaping the future of sustainable water management in the capital. Available on a contract or permanent basis.

• Deliver mechanical works from detailed design through to commissioning and handover.

• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring quality, programme, and budget targets are met.

• Review mechanical designs, specifications, and method statements.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

• Uphold the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance.

• Degree or HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).

• Proven background in the water or wastewater sector, ideally within a Tier 1 environment.

• Strong leadership and coordination skills with subcontractors and stakeholders.

• Knowledge of mechanical systems, including pumps, pipework, and treatment assets.

• CSCS / SMSTS / EUSR Water Hygiene desirable.

• Work on a flagship London project with a market-leading contractor.

• Contract or permanent options available.
