Role Overview

As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will lead mechanical aspects of construction projects from tender to completion, ensuring delivery on time, budget, and quality. You will report directly to the Senior Project Manager and collaborate closely with project directors and other senior team members.

What You'll Be Doing

• The Mechanical Project Manager will have managing planned and unplanned construction projects with values typically between £3M and £5M.

• The Mechanical Project Manager will Provided regular updates and progress reports to senior management.

• The MechanicalProject Manager supporting and guiding project teams, including senior project managers and directors.

• The Mechanical Project Manager taking responsibility for your own workload while assisting colleagues as needed.

What You’ll Bring

• The Mechanical Project Manager should have proven experience as an M&E Project Manager with a strong mechanical engineering background.

• The Mechanical Project Manager needs to have a successful track record managing full project lifecycles, from tender stage through to final handover.
