Job Title: Project Manager – Mechanical Bias

About the company:
A leading M&E contractor, part of a large group company who specialise in delivery large M&E installation projects from £10m - £80m predominantly in the Commercial Office, Data Centre and media space.
Due to successfully securing a number of new contracts for (phone number removed) they require a number of seasoned Mechanical Project Managers or Senior Mechanical Project Manager with new build commercial office experience to join brand new projects throughout Zone's 1&2 of London.
Role Overview:
The Mechanical Project Manager will lead the Mechanical team and play a crucial role in overseeing Mechanical installations design phase through to completion.
Your responsibilities will include project planning, resource allocation, cost management, and ensuring timely delivery. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to achieve project goals.

Ensuring full compliance across design, engineering, construction, and commissioning processes.

Adding value to the design process by challenging solutions and methods to improve buildability, reduce whole-life costs, and lower carbon impact.

Developing and implementing effective project controls, ensuring best practice and full compliance throughout.

Capturing lessons learned and sharing insights across the business to drive continuous improvement.

Leading on programme management – from development through to monitoring – including building contingency plans for your allocated work packages.
