About the company:

A leading M&E contractor, part of a large group company who specialise in delivery large M&E installation projects from £10m - £80m predominantly in the Commercial Office, Data Centre and media space. 

Due to successfully securing a number of new contracts for (phone number removed) they require a number of seasoned Mechanical Project Managers or Senior Mechanical Project Manager with new build commercial office experience to join brand new projects throughout Zone's 1&2 of London. 

Role Overview:

The Mechanical Project Manager will lead the Mechanical team and play a crucial role in overseeing Mechanical installations design phase through to completion.

Your responsibilities will include project planning, resource allocation, cost management, and ensuring timely delivery. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality projects from design through to commissioning.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring full compliance across design, engineering, construction, and commissioning processes.

  • Adding value to the design process by challenging solutions and methods to improve buildability, reduce whole-life costs, and lower carbon impact.

  • Developing and implementing effective project controls, ensuring best practice and full compliance throughout.

  • Capturing lessons learned and sharing insights across the business to drive continuous improvement.

  • Leading on programme management – from development through to monitoring – including building contingency plans for your allocated work packages.
