Our client requires a Mechanical Project Manager for an immediate start on a commercial site in South West London. The role will involve being base full time on site managing the internal supervisors as well as overseeing sub-contractors. Attending co ordination meetings as well as running internal meetings. Ensuring the project is delivered in line with the programme.
Successful Project Manager must have the following:
- A current valid CSCS skills card for working on site as a Project Manager
- The other relevant tickets and certification such as SMSTS.
- Experience working on site as a Mechanical Project Manager on commercial construction sites.
- Two checkable working references as a Mechanical Project Manager.
The hours on site are from 7.30am until 4.30pm Monday to Friday. A certain amount of flexibility is likely to be required as a Project Manager to cater for the needs of the project.
