As a Mechanical Project Manager you'll be based on a prestigious residential project based in SouthLondon overseeing a large mechanical package. Join an established and rapidly growing MEP contractor who have ambitious plans for growth. This established MEP contractor continue to win projects across London and are seeking a skilled Mechanical Project Manager to join them on permanent, paye or Ltd basis. Oversee the mechanical package, have autonomy in your work and be rewarded and recognised for delivering projects to time scales.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Oversee and manage all mechanical project activities from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Coordinate and liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project progression.
• Monitor and manage project resources, including labour, materials, and equipment, while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Review designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and resolve technical issues, providing proactive solutions to keep projects on track.

As a Mechanical Project Manager you will need:

• Relevant Mechanical Engineering qualifications, SMSTS or SSSTS
• Proven experience working on residential projects and overseeing m&e packages
• Able to commute to south london; Lambeth, Campbell, Walworth, Vaxhaul, Westminster
