Commercial Building Maintenance | Southwark, London

- Working Hours:Monday to Friday - 8 am to 5 pm
GH Engage is partnered with a leading commercial maintenance provider who are seeking an Site Engineer to be based in the Southwark, London.
The successful applicant will have a demonstrable history in commercial building maintenance and facilities, as well as relevant Electrical Engineering qualifications.
Duties as Site Engineer:
- Delivering maintenance to the landlord areas of 2 x high-end residential towers.
- Single-man site though there is an engineer on the site next door + an apprentice to assist you.
- Managing sub-contractors; raise quotations, raise purchase orders.
- Strong & effective communication with the client; answering client queries & complaints.
- Computer literacy & timely communication.
Site Engineer - Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in maintenance engineering roles (electrical/mechanical).
- Experience ensuring compliance; familiar with industry standards for health & safety, and excellence.
- Supervisory or Lead Engineer experience; strong leadership and communication skills.
- Engineering qualifications; Electrical level 3 or equivalent.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary up to 50,000
- Call out 1 in 2 (100/week = 2,600/year)
- Monday to Friday; 8 am to 5 pm.
