Project Manager 2025

The company

We are a small audio rental company working from our base in Waterloo, central London. We have been operating for four decades and specialise in high profile one-off events and festivals. We are an independent company owned and run by the founder who takes the company’s activities very personally. Our clients are generally large organisations with whom we have been working for many years and we expect to live up to their expectations.

The role:

We seek someone to take a share of the project workload, handling projects from first contact to wash-up. You will be advising clients on equipment choice and scheduling. You will be creating RAMS for the events and pick lists for the warehouse team, working alongside them to ensure perfect delivery. You will, with the help of our administrator, be booking and briefing freelancers (in writing) and ensuring every aspect of a project has been considered and communicated.

You:

You will be a demonstrably experienced audio engineer with an interest in the technical side of live music and technology. You will be intimately familiar with Digico and Yamaha consoles and Shure radio systems. If you have experience of project management in the events world but are not an audio specialist this would be considered as an alternative but you would have to be keen to learn about sound as a specialism. Curiosity, self drive, ability to prioritise, an excellent communicator and a fanatical attention to detail will be your key attributes. A dark sense of humour is an advantage.
