Your new roleAs the Planner, you will be responsible for managing the pre-bid tender process for residential and commercial projects, including refurbishments and new builds. You will be able to develop construction and logistics strategies, program the tender process, and ensure all key information is included in the tender programme. You will work closely with the tender team and managerial staff to plan, report findings, and recommend solutions.

What you'll need to succeedTo excel in this role, you will need experience with MS Project or similar software such as Asta or P6. This position is not a senior-level role, but some prior experience in tender planning is required. The role is ideal for an assistant Planner looking to make the step-up.
