Salary:£27,000 £41,000

The Role:

Carrying out air monitoring and 4-stage clearances in line with HSG248

Conducting a wide range of asbestos surveys (management, refurbishment, demolition) to HSG264 standards (optional)

Working on a mix of commercial, industrial, and residential sites, mainly across London and the South East

Occasional overnight stays required

What They're Looking For:

BOHS P403 and P404 qualified (or RSPH equivalent)

Based within a 1.5-hour drive of the M25

Strong understanding of asbestos regulations and industry best practices

Confident working independently and as part of a team

Clear, professional communication and excellent record-keeping
