They’re now looking for an Assistant Building Surveyor to join their growing team. You'll work across both residential and commercial projects. You’ll learn from senior surveyors, build your skills fast, and get real responsibility.
What you’ll do:

Carry out building surveys and reports

Focus on defects analysis and associated report writing

Write specs and prepare tender documents
-
Attend site inspections and track progress
-
Support project delivery from start to finish

Communicate with clients and contractors
What you’ll need:

RICS-accredited Building Surveying degree
-
Some previous experience working as a Building Surveyor
-
Good communication and teamwork
-
Keen to progress your APC
-
Interest in both commercial and residential work
