The Senior Associate Building Surveyor's Role
As a Senior Associate Building Surveyor, you will collaborate with landlords, tenants, developers, and occupiers, providing a range of professional services. Your focus will be on delivering expert advice, managing projects, and driving the consultancy's expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering professional services such as dilapidations, leasehold advice, and contract administration.
- Building and maintaining client relationships in the public and private sectors.
- Leading on instructions and supporting the development of the London team.
- Contributing to the consultancy's growth strategy with your commercial insight.
The Ideal Senior Associate Building Surveyor will have
- MRICS qualification (essential).
- A RICS-accredited degree.
- Strong property knowledge with a professional services focus.
- A consultancy or private practice background.
- Excellent client management skills and a commercially minded approach.
