Building Surveyor

I'm currently working in partnership with a national building and construction consultancy with the crucial hire of Building Surveyor to join their London office.

45,000 - 60,000 per annum DOE
Hybrid working model, 2-3 days a week site/ office and home working

Office: Southeast London

Majority of projects are within the M25

As Building Surveyor role you will be working across urban spaces, social housing organisations and Local Authorities on retrofit works, often revolving around SHDF (Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund). You will manage a small team of 2-3 assistants who will report into you.

Key

Experienced Senior Building Surveyor/ Building surveyor with strong and project management and contract management experience

Experience in retrofit is a plus but not essential as upskilling and training can and will be provided

Strong desire and appetite to push career and work forward while fully engaging in critical projects

Experienced in running a project with a team beneath you and to be client facing

Support those working towards their APC

Chartership is desirable but not essential
