Niyaa is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join a consultancy in South East London.
The role focuses on JCT and SHDF contracts in the residential sector.
The salary for this position is £60,000, which is negotiable.
Candidates are expected to have prior consultancy experience and familiarity with JCT or SHDF contracts.
A minimum of three years of relevant experience is preferred for this role.

Niyaa people are on the lookout for a well experienced Building Surveyor to join a consultancy based in South East London. This role will be focusing on JCT and SHDF contracts on the residential side.

Role- Building Surveyor
Salary- 60,000 (negotiable)
Location- Eltham
Hybrid split- 3 days in office

Responsibilities of the Building Surveyor:

Contract administration responsibilities on JCT and SHDF contracts.
Conduct through building surveys on residential properties
Project manage retrofit and refurbishment works

Skills needed for the Building Surveying role:

Must have worked for a consultancy beforehand
