Building Surveyor
Location: London & South East (Hybrid: site, home, and London office)
Salary: Up to 40,000 DOE
Contract: Permanent, Full-time (Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm)
About the Role:
We're seeking Building Surveyors to join our ambitious team, supporting our growth across London and the South East. If you have 1-2 years' experience and are ready to propel your career, this is the perfect opportunity.
You'll work on a wide range of projects, including Technical Due Diligence and Forensic Surveying, across various sectors. Our hybrid working style offers flexibility between site, home, and office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing detailed briefs with clients and senior colleagues
- Conduct site surveys (measured, condition, defect analysis)
- Support design, specification, and tender preparation
- Assist in administering building contracts
- Undertake professional surveying work (Condition Surveys, Defect Analysis, dilapidations, Access Audits, FRAs)
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants
What We're Looking For:
- BSc in Building Surveying or equivalent
- At an advanced stage for the APC Final Assessment with RICS or CIOB, or recently qualified
- Strong client and colleague relationship skills
- Self-motivated, able to work independently
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Good AutoCAD and/or REVIT skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Full UK Driving Licence
