Role and responsibilities

The successful Building Surveyor will deliver surveys, report and a variety of professional building surveying services, to a portfolio of clients, with a specific focus on residential properties, both private and public.

Your role, as a qualified Building Surveyor will be to run your projects autonomously and manage your workload accordingly, whilst supporting inexperienced Surveyors where necessary.

Person specification

This role will suit a Building Surveyor who can hit the ground running on schemes, confidentially and who enjoys working to their own management.

  • MRICS qualified (Not essential)
  • RICS accredited degree
  • Experience within a construction focused practice, ideally
  • Residential sector experience is needed
  • A good understanding of commercial buildings
  • Technically astute
