The Role
- Deliver a wide range of professional and project-led building surveying services
- Take responsibility for projects from initial client briefing through to completion and handover
- Engage with clients, contractors, and wider project teams to drive high-quality outcomes
- Contribute to the development of the London office through technical delivery and client relationship management
About You
- MRICS qualified (essential)
- Experience within a consultancy or client-side environment
- Strong knowledge of both professional services (dilapidations, party wall, condition surveys) and project delivery
- Excellent client-facing skills with a commercial mindset
- Self-motivated, reliable, and committed to high standards of work
