The primary role involves carrying out various types of building surveys and undertaking project work for a diverse clientele. Responsibilities include the preparation of planning and building regulations applications, tender documents, and contract administration using NEC3 and other contract suites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out various building surveys and project work
- Preparing planning and building regulations applications
- Drafting tender documents and administering contracts using NEC3 and other suites
- Delivering high-standard advisory services to clients
- Supporting other professional technical consultants
- Contributing to the team's continued success and growth
- Managing all aspects of team activities and development, including budget delivery and business development
- Undertaking Condition/Defect Surveys, Asset capture exercises, IC/Construction monitoring roles, and more
Job Requirements:
- Chartered Building Surveyor with demonstrable experience post-qualification
- Motivated to take the next step into senior management
- Ability to manage performance to achieve resolutions and maximise contributions
- Experience in managing and achieving team/business unit objectives
- Capability to consider the commercial and financial impact of work
- Skill in fostering and encouraging the establishment of external partnerships
