What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage a variety of professional and project-based services
- Conduct surveys, inspections, and produce detailed technical reports
- Provide expert advice on design, construction, maintenance, and repair
- Manage project teams and client relationships from inception to completion
- Support junior staff and contribute to business development initiatives
Requirements:
- MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor with strong consultancy experience
- Proven track record of managing high-value projects
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment
- UK driving license and willingness to travel for site inspections
