Are you an experienced Class 2 Building Control Surveyor looking for your next contract role? We're working with a London Borough seeking a skilled surveyor to join their Building Control team on an interim basis.
The Role:
- Carrying out plan checks and site inspections across a variety of residential and commercial projects.
- Ensuring compliance with Building Regulations and associated legislation.
- Liaising with developers, contractors, and members of the public.
- Providing professional advice and maintaining high levels of service delivery.

What We're Looking For:
- Proven Building Control experience (local authority or private sector).
- Class 2 registration with the Building Safety Regulator.
- Solid understanding of current Building Regulations and practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
