An opportunity has arisen for a Fire Risk Assessor, offering a salary of 45,000 - 60,000 per annum, to join a dedicated team focused on fire safety compliance. This role involves conducting fire risk assessments (Type 1, 2, and 3) for both internal and external building elements, including fire doors and faade systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in external building inspections and a thorough understanding of fire safety regulations.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Type 1, 2, and 3 Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs) on various building types
  • Provide detailed fire safety reports and recommendations, ensuring full compliance with UK fire safety regulations
  • Assess internal and external building elements, including faades and fire doors, identifying potential fire risks
  • Advise clients on fire safety improvements and necessary remediation works
  • Work closely with building owners and managers to ensure fire safety compliance
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fire safety legislation and best practices


Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in conducting Type 1, 2, and 3 FRAs
