An industry-leading fire engineering/safety consultancy is looking for an experienced Fire Risk Assessor to join their growing team.
With an impressive 40% year-on-year growth, this consultancy works with a diverse range of clients, delivering high-level fire risk assessments and fire safety assurance across complex and high-rise buildings.
The Fire Risk Assessor's Role
- Carrying out FRAEWs and Type 4 Fire Risk Assessments across a range of properties
- Conducting external faade fire safety assessments and fire safety assurance reports
- Providing expert fire safety advice to clients, ensuring compliance with building safety regulations
- Identifying fire safety risks in high-rise and complex structures, recommending practical solutions
- Producing detailed fire risk assessment reports in line with current legislation and best practice
- Keeping up to date with fire safety regulations, industry guidance, and technical developments
The Fire Risk Assessor Will Have
- Relevant fire safety qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH Fire Certificate, IFE accreditation, or equivalent)
- Tier 3 regiestered minimum
- Proven experience conducting FRAEWs, Type 4 Risk Assessments, and faade fire safety reports
- High-rise building experience - essential for this role
- Strong knowledge of fire safety legislation, including the Fire Safety Act and Building Safety Act
