Are you an experienced Fire Risk Assessor seeking a meaningful role in fire safety? Join a leading consultancy delivering expert guidance across residential, commercial, and public sector projects. This opportunity offers professional growth within a dynamic team.



Responsibilities

As a Fire Risk Assessor, your role includes:

  • Conducting Type 1-4 Fire Risk Assessments aligned with PAS 79.
  • Inspecting fire doors and compartmentation.
  • Drafting clear, actionable reports with recommendations.
  • Ensuring compliance with fire safety legislation, such as the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
  • Proposing fees for fire safety services and advising clients on regulations.


Qualifications

Successful candidates for the Fire Risk Assessor position will have:

  • 3+ years of experience with fire risk assessments.
  • Certification such as NEBOSH Fire, IFSM, or IFE.
  • Knowledge of UK fire legislation and excellent communication/report-writing skills.
  • Residency near London, Birmingham, or Manchester.

Desirable: Experience with the RiskBase App and High-Risk Buildings (HRBs).
