As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the health and safety of our buildings, projects, and residents. We're seeking a qualified Fire Risk Assessor to join our team, responsible for conducting fire risk assessments, mentoring colleagues, and contributing to the development of processes and policies.

Essential Skills:

Membership of the Institution of Fire Engineers (IFE) or IFSM (Preferred)

Tier 2 IFSM Qualification (Essential)

Experience in assessing fire risks in complex social housing tenanted blocks

Strong knowledge of Fire Safety principles in purpose-built blocks of flats

Familiarity with BS 9999, Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) 2005, and PAS 79

Understanding of contract law, statutory regulations, and British standards

Desirable Skills:

Surveying or building experience

Ability to supervise and support a team of staff and contractors

Strong planning and management skills
