With a strong project bias, this role will give you exposure to a wide range of instructions, including:
- Project management and contract administration
- Technical due diligence
- Project monitoring
- Dilapidations

About you:
- BSc/MSc in Building Surveying (or related discipline)
- Progressing towards APC and eager to achieve MRICS status
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Proactive, driven, and keen to learn from experienced professionals
