What You'll Be Doing

路Preparation and negotiation of the schedule of dilapidations
路Preparation of schedules of works
路Contract Administration
路Assessment of rebuild cost for insurance purposes
路Planned maintenance programmes

路You will be qualified to degree level or equivalent in Building Surveying
