The Graduate Fire Engineer will be involved across the full project lifecycle, with significant time spent on-site. Ideal for those who learn best by doing, this role offers a balance of technical work, strategy development, and live project exposure.

The Graduate Fire Engineer's Role
The appointed Graduate Fire Engineer will contribute to fire strategy reports, carry out compartmentation surveys to Bluesky standards, and support in performing heat release calculations. The role demands a solid understanding of fire safety regulations, and offers continuous development in both technical and practical areas.

The Graduate Fire Engineer

  • A degree in Fire Engineering, Building Services, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of ADB Vols 1 & 2 and key fire safety regulations
  • A keen interest in site-based, practical learning
  • Clear communication skills and a proactive approach
  • Exposure to Revit or willingness to learn design tools is an advantage
