 Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
 Type: Full-Time, Permanent
 Salary: £45,000 + Benefits, Overtime and Streamlined Pathway to Supervisor / Management 

About the Role:
We are recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Building Services Engineer to join a high-profile site in the prestigious West End of London, covering both residential and commercial premises. This is a client-facing role where professionalism, technical expertise, and excellent communication are key.

You’ll be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance across a range of building services systems, ensuring the highest standards of service in a premium environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Work across HVAC, lighting, power, plumbing, and general building services.
  • Engage directly with clients and residents, providing a responsive and courteous service.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and site procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.

Requirements:

  • Recognised qualification in either mechanical or electrical engineering (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
  • Experience working in prestigious or high-end environments, ideally with both residential and commercial exposure.
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
