A leading global real estate advisory firm is looking for a proactive and driven Surveyor to join their dynamic Property Management team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of traditional assets, acting as a key client liaison and delivering best-in-class property management services.

As a Surveyor, you will play a crucial client-facing role, helping to achieve strategic objectives through exceptional management of commercial properties. You'll be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, tenant satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for added value and long-term improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading the smooth transition of new properties into management and setting up new instructions
  • Taking a hands-on approach to day-to-day property management
  • Conducting regular site inspections
  • Preparing for and attending client meetings, taking minutes, and actioning follow-ups
  • Producing high-quality client reports on schedule
  • Reading and summarising leases, and maintaining accurate data across internal systems
  • Proactively identifying asset management opportunities and supporting lease event strategies
  • Managing tenant arrears in collaboration with the internal credit control team
  • Handling tenant and client queries efficiently and professionally
  • Drafting and reviewing service charge budgets and cash flows
  • Collaborating with building managers and facilities managers to ensure properties are maintained to a high standard
