? The Opportunity:

? Key Responsibilities:
You'll be working as part of a collaborative team of engineers and technical specialists. Typical responsibilities include:
- Leading bridge design from feasibility and concept through to detailed design
- Conducting inspections and structural assessments
- Overseeing and performing design checks and calculations
- Producing technical reports, risk assessments, and cost estimates
- Supervising and mentoring junior engineers
- Coordinating with CAD/BIM technicians on technical drawings and models
- Undertaking occasional site visits to support project delivery
? What We're Looking For:
- Degree in Civil Engineering (BEng/MEng or equivalent)
- Chartered Engineer status (ICE or IStructE), or close to achieving this
- Solid understanding of DMRB, MCDHW, and Eurocodes as they apply to bridge and civil structure design
- Experience with steel, reinforced concrete, and prestressed concrete structures
- Familiarity with design software such as Midas, LUSAS, Autodesk Structural Bridge Design
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
