This is an opportunity for a Senior Fire Risk Assessor to develop into fire engineering, external walls surveys, and type 4 fire risk assessments. Please note that this type of work is optional, and our client is also offering complex Fire Risk Assessments work.
Salary depending on experience from 55,000 p/a up to 65,000 p/a with an excellent 12% pension, healthcare benefits, extensive CPD, and a paid RICS External Wall Course.
You will manage your own diary and clients, the role will be home-based in London, with occasional site visits and meetings with clients.
You will work on a diverse range of fire consultancy services in the residential and commercial sectors, which include specialist site inspections, validating fire risk assessments, specialist fire reviews, preparing fire strategies, developing the technical response to major clients, and fire risk safety solutions.
Ideally, as a competent Fire Risk Assessor, you will have had experience and knowledge of delivering type 4 fire risk assessments, however, our client would be keen to speak with all applicants with the right credentials.
