What You'll Be Doing:
Valuing affordable housing assets (social rent, shared ownership, affordable rent, etc.)
Advising a range of major clients across acquisitions, development, viability, and portfolio strategy
Conducting development appraisals and investment analysis using tools like Excel and Argus
Navigating the unique blend of public policy, social impact, and commercial return
