Groundworker – Social Housing Maintenance (North & South London)

We are looking for an experienced Groundworkers to join a leading social housing contractor, working across North and South London. This is a long-term role carrying out essential external works on a full-time basis.

Role Responsibilities:

• Carry out a variety of groundworks including:

  • Fencing installations and repairs

  • Block paving

  • Slabbing and general hard landscaping

• Ensure all works are completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales

• Provide excellent customer service while working in residential environments

• Adhere to all health & safety procedures on site

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 / City & Guilds (or equivalent) in Groundworks or a relevant trade

• Full UK Manual Driving Licence (essential)

• Previous experience in social housing, reactive maintenance, or similar environment preferred

• Ability to work independently and within a team

Package:

• £20.50 per hour (CIS)

• Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week

• Company vehicle and fuel card provided
