Maintenance Technician & Driver.Location: TottenhamHours: 40 hours per week, 7:30 am - 5:00 pmSalary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annumthe role.A leading designer and maker of high-end sculptural lighting, furniture, and artworks is looking for a Maintenance Technician & Driver to support its studios, workshops, and showrooms with property maintenance, decoration, and equipment upkeep.Key Responsibilities.* Perform planned preventative maintenance across studios, galleries, workshops, and premises.* Carry out repairs, inspections, and health and safety risk assessments.* Cleaning facilities, this can include emptying bins and cleaning toilets.* Assist with the installation and relocation of artwork, furniture, and lighting.* Maintain company vehicles and handle deliveries and collections.
