We are working with an Events Management agency who are seeking an Account Manager to join their Client Services team to nurture, maintain and develop relationships with key clients.

This role sits within the Public Sector division and will play an intergral role in leading inter-agency relationships.

Main Responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the primary client contact for delivery, structuring regular status updates and communications with clients, define scope and approach, set and manage expectations and deliverables
  • Proactive management of the client account, maintaining day-to-day client contact and champion first-class client servicing through high-creative and effective delivery standards
  • Collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation which exceeds client expectations and KPIs
  • Understanding of client needs and expectations to deliver high levels of satisfaction and share feedback and insights to the broader project teams and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure regular contact with the client and that their needs are anticipated and met by the Project Delivery Teams
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular in-person meetings at Identity and client sites, off-site client event attendance and structured TEAM meetings

The successful candidate will possess:

  • 3-4 year’s experience within an Account Manager or similar role
  • Proven record of account management responsibility and organisational skills
  • Experience working in an integrated agency environment, working alongside various disciplines simultaneously
  • An ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proven record of people management with organisational and leadership skills

Beneficial experience includes:

  • Wider event sector experience will be considered from within the industry, i.e. creative experience and engagement, event production and services, exhibition services in modular display and bespoke build
  • Understanding of immersive technology and trends in the digital world
  • Experience working alongside Government Organisations or affiliates
  • Previous experience managing a client account with an annual event budget upwards of £1m

This role will require a minimum of 3 days in the office, based in Southwark, however the right person will be flexible and okay with traveling to clients when required.
